Terms and Conditions for Conference Registration and Abstract Submission
Welcome to our conference! We're excited that you're considering joining us. To ensure a smooth process for everyone involved, please carefully read the following terms and conditions related to conference registration and abstract submission:
Abstract Submission: To submit an abstract for consideration, an individual must first complete the registration process for the conference. Submission of an abstract alone does not constitute registration for the conference. The deadline for abstract submission is 30.06.2024. The abstract must adhere to the guidelines outlined on the abstract submission form to be considered valid. Following submission, participants can expect to receive notification no later than 15.07.2024 regarding the acceptance or rejection of their abstract.
Registration and Payment: After completing the registration form, participants (excluding bachelor students, for whom the registration fee is waived) are required to pay the registration fee until 31.08.2024. If registration was done after 31.07.2024., the normal registration price must be paid (not the early bird price). Bachelor students applying for free registration must provide valid identification and proof of their status as a bachelor's student in the relevant field on the day of the conference. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the organizers denying participation. It is crucial to adhere to the payment deadline to ensure your participation and the inclusion of your abstract in the conference proceedings.
Payment for Presenting Authors: Abstract presenters are required to pay the registration fee no later than 31.07.2024 to finalize their registration - failure to do so may result in the rejection of your abstract (excluding bachelor students, for whom the registration fee is waived).
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, changes in the participant's plans, or cancellation of the conference.
Waiver for Bachelor Students: Bachelor students are exempt from the registration fee requirement. However, they must still complete the registration process to attend the conference and submit abstracts.
Non-Payment of Registration Fee: If an individual has submitted an abstract but fails to pay the required registration fee within the specified timeframe, the conference organizers reserve the right to reject the abstract submission. It is crucial to adhere to the payment deadline to ensure your participation and the inclusion of your abstract in the conference proceedings.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full. It is the responsibility of each registrant to review and understand these terms prior to completing the registration process.
By adhering to these terms and conditions, we can guarantee a productive and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We look forward to your contributions and participation in making this conference a success. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us at bsev@biomed.lu.lv for clarification.
