ABSTRACTS

 Guidelines

• Abstracts must not exceed 250 words.

• The abstract should be unstructured; no tables or images are permitted.

• Submissions must be composed in good English.

• Please note that presenting authors must first submit their registration form for the conference.

Participants may indicate their preference for presenting their work either through a poster or an oral presentation. However, please note that the final decision for oral presentations will be made by our organizing committee. This decision aims to structure sessions around the most relevant and impactful contributions.

Important dates

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 30.06.2024.

• Announcement of acceptance for oral presentations and abstracts: by the organizing committee, no later than 15.07.2024.

• Please note that abstract presenters are required to pay the registration fee no later than 31.07.2024 to finalize their registration. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your abstract.
